 INTRODUCING TVL COOKERY STRAND There are three strands in TSCHI, these are STEM, HUMSS and TVL. In this blog we will focus on the TVL strand; in TVL there are six types of major which are Cookery, Bread and Pasty, Dress Making, Electricity (EIM), Carpentry and Beauty Care, but we will focus on the COOKERY major (which is my major). As a TVL cookery senior high school student I can say that there's a lot of benefits in enrolling on this strand. Enrolling on this strand makes you improve your skills and this strand helps you gain knowledge about everything that talks about kitchen stuff. Enrolling in the TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood) Cookery strand offers practical benefits, including hands-on culinary skills development, industry-specific knowledge, and the potential for a rewarding career in the culinary field.
